Recitals

Recital 1

By Decision of 28 March 2023 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Management Board of the European Foundation for the improvement of living and working conditions for the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2027.

Recital 2

A seat as member in the representatives of employees’ organisations category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Jiří VAŇÁSEK.

Recital 3

The employees’ organisation ETUC has designated a candidate for the vacant seat,

Article 1

Mr Lukáš NĚMEC is appointed member of the Management Board of the European Foundation for the improvement of living and working conditions in place of Mr Jiří VAŇÁSEK for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 31 March 2027.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
