Recitals

Recital 1

By Decision of 10 October 2025 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for the period from 20 October 2025 to 19 October 2030.

Recital 2

A seat as member in the trade union representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Ms Johanna RACHBAUER.

Recital 3

Austria has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat,

Article 1

Ms Sophia MARCIAN-EROGLU is appointed member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems in place of Ms Johanna RACHBAUER for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2030.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
